Combine all ingredients EXCEPT Provolone Cheese and Cappicola and 1/2 of the Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce (1/4 cup). Once the mixture is uniform, spread it out on a piece of aluminum foil or wax paper / parchment paper. Make it about 1 inch thick the width of the loaf baking pan. Lay the pieces of provolone cheese and Cappicola on the meat mixture. Carefully roll the meat mixture with the slices of cheese and Cappicola into a log. Place it into the loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1-11/2 hour. (Be sure internal temp is 180deg F.) Baste with remaining Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce while baking. Serves 4-6. **Note** allow the meatloaf to cool and set up for 10-15 minutes it is a most attractive dish when sliced and served with it's pinwheel appearance oozing cheese!
