Remove the skin and excess fat from 8 -10 fresh chicken thighs rinse under cold water. Add chicken to crock pot, top with 2 cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup, add the Buffalo Tom's Gourmet Hot Sauce set crock pot to 4 hours (6 hours if the chicken is frozen) cook until meat is tender and falls off the bone.
