Preparation:
Cut up chicken breast into small
cubes, this is much easier if the chicken is semi-frozen.
Put the olive oil and garlic into
a large frying pan. Heat the oil and garlic until the garlic just
starts to turn color, add the chicken breast meat and cook until the
meat is no longer pink.
Add the Buffalo
Toms Gourmet Hot Sauce, reduce the heat
and simmer for 10 minutes. While the meat is simmering and reducing
prepare the pizza crust as directed and make a crust.
Assembly:
Spread a layer of the bleu cheese
dressing on the crust, top that with the chicken garlic mixture made
earlier add the cheese.
Bake 18-25 minutes at 400°F

Comment: This
mixture is excellent for chicken tacos, in salads and is also
delicious cold.
 
 
Enjoy: Allow pizza to cool
for a few minutes then cut and serve with a side of celery stalks,
salad or just a cold beer! Re-heats well for leftovers. |
