Good people, I was downtown past midnight over the weekend, and do you know what I saw? Foot traffic on Bay Street! People walking downtown after dark, just like they do in vibrant cities! These were stylish folks of the night owl variety, with a good many of the ladies pixied up in green cocktail dresses.
